For most tenants, if you forget your password, you can use the Forget Password link and the system will send you a reset password email. This normally works as it should, although there is an instance where it does not. If you're trying to reset your password on a mobile device, this is where some issues arise.
The issue occurs if you have the DoorLoop app installed. What happens is if you click the reset link, you'll be redirected back to the normal login page instead of a password reset page. Obviously, this is not what you want.
To fix this issue, we recommend trying to use the reset password link from a computer instead of your mobile device. If this is not an option for you, then you can also do the following:
Delete the DoorLoop app from your device.
Go back to your email and click the link. You should be directed to the mobile website.
The correct password reset page should now be available.
