Overview
If you had added an Owner to your DoorLoop account as a User with limited access but now want to remove their access for any reason, you can. This could be because you are no longer managing their properties, or you just don't want to give them access anymore. Your only option here is to make the user inactive on the account. You cannot delete a user from your account. This is mainly for record-keeping.
The Steps
To remove an owner's access as a user on your account, click Settings on the main menu and then click Users under the Company section.
On the Users screen, find the user you need to remove access and click on the user.
On the Edit User window, under the Personal Info tab, toggle off the setting for Active User.
Click Save to finish.
Once you do this, the Owner is now inactive and can not access their DoorLoop user account any longer. They'll still show up on your list of Users but will have the status of Inactive under their name.
