Overview
The Owner Portal gives your property owners direct access to an overview of their properties, the financial transactions associated with them, reports, and the ability to send requests to you — all without needing a User account or User Role.
Note: The Owner Portal is not available to Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.
What the Owner Portal Includes
Real-Time Financial Data: Owners see up-to-date financials for their properties as transactions happen, rather than waiting on a report from you.
Interactive Dashboards: An at-a-glance view of property performance.
Report Archive: Financial summaries, maintenance records, and other reports available on demand.
Access and Privacy
Setting up the Owner Portal is more limited and secure than giving an owner a full User account:
Owners don't need a User account or User Role to access their portal.
Access is automatically limited to only the properties they're associated with.
Owners cannot see your bank account information.
Owners cannot see other owners' information, even if you manage multiple owners' properties.
Reports shown to owners are tailored to their own properties only.
