Introducing Doorloop University—an exciting new addition to our offerings that ensures continuous access to comprehensive training and resources to help you get up and running on Doorloop quickly.
Featuring a collection of video tutorials that provide clear and concise walk-throughs of every aspect of our platform, Doorloop University serves as your go-to resource for quick and seamless onboarding. Get up to speed in no time and carry out your property management operations effortlessly.
We offer flexible learning options to fit your schedule, whether you're juggling multiple properties or working irregular hours. This includes in-person onboarding sessions, as well as Doorloop University to enable you to master DoorLoop at your own pace.
The Steps
To access DoorLoop University, you'll want to click Help on the main menu.
Then, on the popup menu, click DoorLoop University.
You'll now be automatically logged into your DoorLoop University account.
Here, you'll be able to register for different courses based on what you want to learn. Not only that, each of your Users on your account will be able to work through these courses at their own pace, on their own accounts.
This is a great supplement to our regular Onboarding and one that should get you up and running in record time.
Tip: Every User on your account will have access to this and each will be able to track their own progress in DoorLoop University. We also suggest having DoorLoop University open in a separate window so you can follow along with the courses in real-time.
