Overview
DoorLoop provides a generic error message when tenants run into payment issues on the tenant portal. If you would like to provide special instructions instead, you can do so under the Payment Instructions setting. Here's how you would do that.
The Steps
On the main menu, click Settings. Then click the Payment Instructions button located under the Property Settings section.
In the field provided, type the special instructions that you have for the tenant when they run into any payment issues.
Click Save to finish.
Now whenever your tenants encounter any payment issues, they'll see this message on their tenant portal. It will look similar to the image below.
