There are now two versions of DoorLoop depending on what type of property management business you run. We have the original DoorLoop which is made for rentals and now we have DoorLoop HOA, your dedicated portal for managing associations and homeowner payments.

What is DoorLoop Rentals?
DoorLoop Rentals is for property managers who handle rental property, such as apartments, condos, single-family homes, multi-family homes, townhomes, and commercial real estate. With DoorLoop, you're able to collect rent payments online, pay expenses, and handle owner distributions to your property owners so they can get paid quickly and efficiently.

What is DoorLoop HOA?
DoorLoop HOA is a brand new application for property managers who only deal with associations, such as townhome HOAs, community HOAs, condominium HOAs, and more. With DoorLoop HOA, you're able to manage multiple associations, keep track of homeowner accounts and their monthly payments, take online payments, and more.
DoorLoop HOA does not have everything that the rental side of DoorLoop has mainly because certain features are not needed.

Things to Consider
DoorLoop and DoorLoop HOA are two separate subscriptions. If you're a current regular DoorLoop customer, you can not access the DoorLoop HOA side unless you sign up with a different account. The same goes for DoorLoop HOA customers who try to access the rental side.
Current DoorLoop customers whose business is supporting both rentals and HOA are recommended to stay with regular DoorLoop.
