Overview
If you create your leases in DoorLoop as draft leases to track the workflow as you go through the signing process with the tenants, you likely will need to edit or activate these draft leases later. In some circumstances, you might even need to delete a draft lease if a prospect decides they no longer want to lease or you changed your decision.
The Steps
To delete a draft lease, click on Leasing on the main menu and then click Draft Leases.
Find the Draft Lease you want to delete. Click the 3-dots to the right of that draft lease.
Click Delete.
That's it. A very simple process to delete a Draft Lease.
