Overview
If you set up rental applications, they are now tied to available units that you have set up as Open under the Open for Applications section. Anyone with the link can submit an application for the available Units. But what happens if a Unit appears as Closed for Rental Applications but you want it to appear again on them? Here's how you would Open those Units up for rental applications.
The Steps
To turn on or off rental applications for a unit, click Leasing > Listings on the main menu.
On the Listings page, find the unit you want to open or close for rental applications. Under the Application Status column, use the toggle to either Open or Close for rental applications. Open makes it available while close does not.
Alternatively, you can also click the 3 dots on the right side of the unit you want to close. Click Edit on the popup menu.
Click the Rental Application tab.
On the Rental Applications settings page, toggle on the option "Show Unit & Accept Applications".
That's it. Once you turn this on, the Unit will be available as an option to choose when submitting a rental application. Repeat the steps above if there are multiple units you want to add to the rental application.
