Make an Inactive Bank Account Active Again

Reactivate a previously inactive bank account in DoorLoop to restore it to your active banking list and resume recording transactions.

Overview

You can make bank accounts inactive in DoorLoop if you're no longer using them. This hides them in the system so you won't see them anymore. Here's how to make an inactive bank account active again.

The Steps

  1. To make an inactive bank account active again, click Accounting > Transactions on the main menu.

  2. Inactive bank accounts do not show up be default so you'll need to first click the Filter button next to the Search Bar to bring out the Filter pane. On the Status field, select Inactive. Then click Close.

  3. A list of all your Inactive Bank Accounts will now appear on the Transactions page. Click the 3-dots to the right of the bank you want to make active againand select Edit.

  4. On the Edit Account window, toggle on "Active Account".

  5. Click Save.

Your inactive bank account is now active again.
