Overview
If you have received many rental applications in the past, you may notice that your prospect list is becoming quite long. This includes current prospects and past prospects you might have already rejected. If you want to hide the prospects you no longer want to see, here's what you will need to do.
The Steps
To hide prospects or applicants, first click People on the main menu and then click Prospects.
Find the prospect or applicant you want to hide, then click the 3 dots to the right of the prospect. Click Edit on the popup menu that appears.
On the Edit Prospects window, click the Marketing Profile tab on the left, and then under Lead Status, select Closed Lost.
Click Save to finish.
That's it. The prospect will now be hidden from the active prospect list. They can viewed later if needed.
