Overview

DoorLoop provides live support during our regular working business hours. However, what happens when live support is not available? That's where Gary comes in. "He" is our AI Support Assistant, available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. While Gary may not be perfect, he's always learning and receiving input.

You can speak with Gary the same way you would chat with us using the blue chat bubble and Gary will be available to answer all your questions. Speak to him as you would a normal person, but be precise in your questions and offer as much detail as possible.

Gary is trained on DoorLoop's extensive knowledge base, conversations with previous customers, and feedback from our agents. Because this is a new technology that is constantly improving, we need input from customers like you. Please let us know how it's going by providing feedback during your chats with Gary and let us know if the answers he is providing are accurate or not.

Note: Gary can only answer questions, not perform actions on your account. Gary cannot cancel your subscription, cannot cancel any payments, cannot make any edits, and cannot create or delete transactions on your account. For that, please ask for a representative who can assist you with anything account related.
