Overview
While you can't delete messages on the Communications Center, you can archive them. What this will do is remove the message from your My Inbox section and move it to the All Messages section.
Note: The Communications Center is not available for Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.
The Steps
To archive a message in the Communications Center, click Communications on the main menu and then click My Inbox.
On the list of messages you see, hover over the message you want to archive, and a 3-dot menu will appear. Click the 3 dots and click Archive on the popup menu.
The message will now be archived and will no longer appear in your current list of active messages in My Inbox.
Tip: If you would like to view these archived messages again on the Communications Center, click Communications > All Messages. Then, use the search bar to find the message that was archived.
