Overview

The Communications Center is where all of your SMS chats reside. It holds all the messages you have sent to all your prospects, tenants, vendors, and owners. What you might not know is that these messages are also attached to the person's profile, so if you want to view chat history with a specific prospect, tenant, vendor, or owner, you can do so by visiting their respective profiles.

Note: The Communications Center is not available for Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.

The Steps

View communications history from a person's profile

  1. To view a history of communications with a prospect, tenant, vendor, or owner, click People on the main menu and then click either Tenants, Owners, Vendors, or Prospects.

  2. Find and click on the prospect, tenant, vendor, or owner with which you want to view communications history.

  3. On the person's profile, click the Communications tab.

  4. Once in the Communications section, you can view a history of all the messages you have sent to them.

  2. Find and click on the lease you want to view communications history.

  3. On the lease, click the Communications tab.

  4. Once in the Communications section, you can view a history of all the messages you have sent that are related to the lease.
