Export SMS Conversations from the Communications Center

Export an SMS conversation from DoorLoop's Communication Center as a PDF, with timestamps and full message history.

Overview

You can export SMS conversations if you need a copy of them. This is great if you need to provide a copy of the communications for legal reasons. The exported file will include time stamps and indications of who was in the conversation.

The Steps

  1. To export SMS conversations, click Communications > All Messages on the main menu.

  2. On the list of messages, find and click on the message you want to export.

  3. On the main messaging window, click More Actions at the top corner and click Export Conversation.

  4. The SMS conversation will now be saved to your device as a .PDF document. The document will include time stamps, who was in the conversation, and the complete conversation in chronological order.

Exporting a conversation this way gives you a complete, shareable record whenever you need one.
