Check if a Specific Tenant Has Auto-Pay Set Up

If you need to check if a tenant has an auto-pay set up, here's how you can do that.

Overview

You can easily view if a specific tenant has an auto-pay set up by viewing their lease on your dashboard or by viewing a tenant's portal.

The Steps

  1. To check if a tenant has auto-pay set up, click the Global Search Bar at the top and search for the tenant, lease, or the property and unit they are on.

  2. Click the lease tab and then find and click the lease from the list of results.

  3. Once on the lease, click the Rent tab. If they have an auto-pay set up, you'll see it on this page under the Other Recurring Transactions section as a Recurring Payment.

  4. If the recurring payment shows Active, it will continue to take payment. If it shows Canceled or Inactive, it means their auto-pay will no longer take payments and they'll need to set it back up again.
