Make a Payment Button Not Showing on Tenant Portal

Troubleshoot why the Make a Payment button is missing from the tenant portal by checking ePay settings at the company, property, and lease levels.

If the Make a Payment button is not showing on the tenant portal, ePay (online payments) is turned off in one or more portal settings levels.

How to Fix It

  1. Check company-level settings — Go to Settings > Tenant Portal > Permissions and confirm Enable Online Payments is toggled on.

  2. Check property-level settings — Open the property's Settings tab > Tenant Portal > Permissions. If the property uses custom settings, confirm Enable Online Payments is on.

  3. Check lease-level settings — Open the lease's Settings tab > Tenant Portal > Permissions and confirm Enable Online Payments is toggled on.
