The following payment methods are accepted on the tenant portal when a merchant account is active on the property:
Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club
Debit Cards — Bank-issued debit cards
ACH / e-Check — Direct bank transfer
Apple Pay
Google Pay
CashPayments Powered by Western Union — In-person cash payments at QuickCollect kiosks
CashApp and Chime — Via ACH with routing and account number (not via the CashApp/Chime app directly)
Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and prepaid cards are not accepted. For those, the tenant pays outside of DoorLoop and you record the payment manually.
