Yes, CashApp and Chime are accepted as payment methods on the DoorLoop tenant portal — but with an important limitation.
Tenants cannot use the CashApp or Chime app to send payment directly. Instead, they need to add their CashApp or Chime account as an ACH bank account using their routing number and account number on the tenant portal.
How Tenants Set This Up
Log in to the tenant portal
Go to Payment Methods and add a new bank account
Enter the routing number and account number from their CashApp or Chime account
Verify the account, then use it to make payments
