Prepaid cards (also called "cash cards") are not accepted as a valid payment method for rent payments on DoorLoop.
What To Do Instead
The tenant will need to use an accepted payment method: a bank-issued credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or CashPayments by Western Union.
