If an account category you added to your Chart of Accounts isn't showing as an option when posting a lease charge, the account needs to be configured to allow lease charges.
How to Fix It
Go to Accounting > Chart of Accounts.
Find and edit the account category.
Enable the option: Use this account for Lease Charges.
Save the change.
