When a lease reaches its end date, recurring rent charges stop posting — the rent schedule expires along with the lease terms.

Exception: If the lease has Rollover to Month-to-Month enabled, the lease continues as normal and recurring rent keeps posting.

If you need to reactivate a recurring rent schedule on an expired lease, create a new recurring rent charge.
