Overview

Whether you have one bank account or many, you can easily tell DoorLoop where your online payment money should go. Sometimes you need to change these accounts on multiple properties and now DoorLoop has an easy method to bulk update your default bank accounts.

The Steps

  1. To bulk update default bank accounts for multiple properties, click Reports on the main menu and click Property Bank Accounts under the Accounting section.

  2. From the Property Bank Accounts page, you’ll now see a list of all the properties you’re managing and whether or not they have an Operating Account and/or Trust Account.

  3. Select the properties you want to update the default bank accounts to by checking the boxes next to each name. You can also select all of them by checking the topmost box in that column.

  4. You’ll now see a new button above the table that reads “Update Default Accounts”. Click that.

  5. You’ll be presented now with an Update Default Accounts popup. From this display, you’ll be able to choose either use company default bank accounts or specify a bank account for this property.

  6. If you choose to specify a bank account for this property, you’ll need to select the new operation bank account and an account where escrow will be held. Learn more about setting up Property Bank Accounts.

  7. Click Save to complete the process.

All the properties you selected will now be using the operating account and escrow account you have set up.
