There will be times when your bank balance doesn't quite look correct as it might seem like there could be some funds missing. Most likely, these funds are sitting in Undeposited Funds, either because they are an ePay that hasn't cleared yet or they are manual payments that you haven't deposited yet into your DoorLoop account.

A quick way to check these undeposited funds is to look at the Undeposited Funds Report in the reports section.

To get to the Undeposited Funds report, you would go to Reports on the main menu and click Undeposited Funds under the Accounting section. I would star (favorite) this report as it is a very useful report to look through.

Most of the items in this report will consist of ePays. You'll see what payment hasn't been deposited yet and in which bank those payments will go once they are deposited. Most of these will go away on their own once the ePays have been cleared and sent to your real-life bank account.

Other types of payments you'll see on this report are manually entered payments that you might not have had automatically deposited. For these, you'll need to manually deposit the funds once you deposit them into your real-life bank account manually.
