Overview
Use DoorLoop's Login to Portal feature to view your owner portals exactly as your owners see them. This lets you confirm what information is being presented to them before or after making any changes.
Note: The Owner Portal is not available to Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.
The Steps
To view your owner's portal, click on People > Owners on the main menu.
Find the owner whose portal you wish to view. Click on the 3-Dots on the right side of the owner and select Login to Portal.
A new tab opens in your browser showing exactly what the owner sees when they log into DoorLoop. (If your browser security settings or a browser extension block new tabs from opening this way, you may need to click additional notifications to open the tab, or adjust your browser settings.)
From here, you can review what the portal looks like for your owner, including:
What they can view on the Overview page
Which reports they can view
Their financial transactions
