Written by Samuel

Overview

You can list your residential units on various platforms directly from DoorLoop, such as Zillow, Apartments.com, RentalSource, Zumper, and Dwellsy. This helps you advertise your properties for lease with various different online listing sites. Before you do this, you'll need to turn on Listing Syndications in DoorLoop. (Zillow and its partners are paid services, while Apartments.com, Dwellsy, RentalSource, and Zumper are free.)

Note: Listing Syndications is not available to Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.

The Steps

  1. To turn on Listing Syndications, click Settings on the main menu. Then under the Company section, click Listing Syndications.

  2. You'll now be on the Listing Sync Options window. Toggle on or off which platform you'd like to list your rentals with. Currently, we support listing to Zillow, and their partners (Hotpads, Trulia), Apartments.com, Dwellsy, RentalSource, and Zumper.

  3. On the Advanced Integrations section, it is recommended that you turn on the "Embed Your Listings" option for use with Rental Applications and DoorLoop Custom Websites. You can also turn on Automatically send rental applications if want to send rental applications directly to a prospect that click "Request to Apply" on your listing.

  4. Click Save when you are finished.

Once your listing partners are turned on and any required partner accounts are set up, your properties are ready to list. See Create an Online Listing for Your Rentals to add photos, amenities, and unit details next.
