Overview
The Occupancy Overview is a visual timeline showing which of your units are occupied, vacant, or under an upcoming or past lease. It's displayed in a monthly view, with dates across the top and your properties and units listed down the side — so you can see occupancy status at a glance across your whole portfolio.
Note: The Calendar feature is not available to Starter Plans. Consider upgrading to the Pro or Premium Plans to access this feature.
The Steps
To view the Occupancy Overview calendar view, click Calendar > Occupancy Overview on the main menu.
If you click on one of the leases, a popup will appear with the following information:
Lease Name
Property Address
Move-In Date
Move-Out Date
Tenants
There will also be a link to View Lease. Clicking on this button will take you to the lease's overview screen.
Tip: If you want to customize the Occupancy Overview screen, you can click the Filters button and apply filters to it. This includes being able to filter by Portfolio, Property, Unit, and also by Lease Status, Term, and whether or not there are any rollover leases.
