Overview

Once enabled, you'll want to notify tenants of this option. You can send them a monthly CashPayments slip with the amount to pay, the account number to use, and locations where Western Union is accepted.
Note: You must have a valid merchant account set up in order to use DoorLoop CashPayments.
The Steps
To set up tenant notifications for CashPayments, click Settings on the main menu. Then under the Property Settings, click Rent & Payment Notifications.
Look for the Rent Posted section. Turn on "Send a notification to the tenant when rent is posted" as well as "Attach an invoice to the email." Once you do this, you can turn on "Include cash payment details." Turning this on sends the tenant a CashPayments Slip each month with detailed instructions on how to make a CashPayment — including an Account Number, the Amount to pay, and where they can make the payment.
(Optional) You can also enable the feature under Text Messages to "Send cash payment details upon move in."
Click Save to finish.
Your tenants now receive their CashPayments details automatically each month, or upon move-in if enabled.
Tip: Property-Specific CashPayments Notifications
You can override the company default with unique notification settings for a specific property.
Click Rentals > Properties, and select the property.
On the property, click Settings > Rent & Payment Notifications.
Select "Specify notifications for this property" in the settings.
Set each notification type the same way as the company-level steps above.
