DoorLoop CashPayments is powered by Western Union. Tenants can make cash payments by going directly to any Western Union location with a QuickCollect kiosk, following the instructions on their CashPayments Slip, and paying cash directly to you.
What does a Western Union Quick Collect kiosk look like?
Western Union Quick Collect kiosks are standalone units usually placed somewhere in a store. These are computer terminals where the tenant can enter their payment details from their CashPayments Slip and then make their payments.
How can my tenants confirm that a location accepts CashPayments with Western Union Quick Collect?
Tenants can look up Western Union locations from their tenant portal by clicking the CashPayments Slip button. This will generate a CashPayments Slip for them with a link they can click on to find the nearest Quick Collect service location.
To find a participation location that accepts Quick Collect, first enter your postal code.
Next, click the Filter button.
Under the Filter by Service section, select Quick Collect and then Apply Filter.
You'll be back on the results screen. Each result on the page will be a location that offers the Quick Collect service to collect rent payments.
