Overview

Congratulations on your growth! We love seeing property managers expand their business—and we’re here to make sure DoorLoop scales right along with you.

When you’re ready to add more units to your subscription, the process is quick and simple. You can add as many units as you need, whenever you need them, so your software always matches the pace of your growing portfolio.

Note: If this information isn't updated manually, DoorLoop will update this automatically when you move up in unit count. If the number of units exceeds the current unit tier level, you will be billed for moving to the next unit tier.

Unit tiers are billed at every 20 units, ie: 1-20, 21-40, 41-60, etc.

The Steps

  1. To update your subscription unit count, click Settings on the main menu and then click Subscription and Billing.

  2. Select the Update Plan button under your current plan details.

  3. In the Enter Your Unit Count section, you can increase or decrease units in your subscription by either typing in the number of units or using the "+" and "-" buttons.

  4. When you are finished, click the Update Plan button under the plan you currently have.

  5. Review Your Plan information, the chosen Payment Method, and the Summary to confirm everything is correct. The Summary section will show you the amount you will need to pay today to increase your units.

    • You can change your plan details or upgrade your subscription type by selecting the Change button in the Plan section.

    • You can quickly change your payment method by selecting the Change link in the Payment Method section.

  6. When you are happy with the checkout information and number of units, select the Update Subscription button to finish adding more units.

That's it! You can update your subscription whenever you'd like. Whether you pay yearly or monthly, we'll handle the prorations automatically.

Note: If you reduced your unit count, credit and payment adjustments will be made on your next billing cycle.
