Overview
Widgets aren't just for viewing summaries — they're interactive. Clicking an item inside a widget takes you straight to that item in the software, so you can go from "3 overdue payments" on your dashboard to the actual tenant ledger in one click, instead of navigating there manually.
Note: Widgets themselves cannot be customized to show different information than what they're built for. You can move, add, or hide widgets, but not change what data a specific widget displays.
The Steps
On any widget that is interactive and clickable, click on any item that you want more information about, such as overdue tasks, recent payments, and vacant units.
You'll be taken directly to that item's full details elsewhere in the software — for example, clicking an overdue payment on the Rent Collection widget opens that tenant's ledger.
