Sometimes tenants can get confused or lose track of things—it happens to the best of us. If a tenant can't find their email invitation to the portal and you were planning on having them pay electronically, they will need a new invitation.

Luckily, we make it easy for you to resend those invitations! Here’s how:

The Steps

Step 1

From the dashboard, head to the left side of the screen and click on People then click on Tenants.

Step 2

From the tenant list, find the tenant you’ve invited and need to re-invite, then click the vertical three dots icon on the far right side of their name and choose Edit.

Note that you can also click on the tenant to open the Overview tab, then navigate to the 3 Vertical Dots on the top right hand side and click Edit.

Step 3

On the Personal Info page of this tenant, go to the section below the toggle to Allow this tenant to access the Tenant Portal.

Here you will see a blue Resend Invitation link. Click that, and that’s it! The invitation is re-sent to the email address on file for that tenant.
