We make it simple to view your plan price details. You'll be able to see what your last payment amount was and when that was made along with what your next payment amount is and when that will be. 

You can view these details at any time by going to the Subscriptions screen. Let’s take a look!

How to view your subscription payment details

To view your subscription payment details, click Settings on the main menu.

Click on the Subscription button found within the Company section of the settings.

Within the Subscription Details screen, you will be able to view your Last Payment and Next Payment amounts and dates.

The Subscription Details screen also shows your current plan, including the Plan Price, the number of paid-for Plan Units, and your current number of Active Units.

1. To view your subscription payment details, click Settings on the main menu.

How to request access to view your invoices for your subscriptions

If you need access to your invoices related to your monthly/yearly subscription plan, please use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner and speak to our customer support team. They'll be able to get those invoices for you.
