Overview
You can view your last and next payment amounts and dates, along with your current plan details, on the Subscription and Billing screen.
The Steps
To view your subscription payment details, click Settings on the main menu. Then under the Company section, click Subscription and Billing.
The page is broken into the following sections:
Your Plan — Your current plan tier (e.g., Premium) and its price, your Plan Units (how many units you're paying for) and Active Units (how many you currently have that are active), and any Add-ons on your account (such as the AI package). Click Upgrade Plan here to change your plan.
Billing Address — The name, email, and address on file for billing. Click Edit to update it.
Payment Method — Payment method information - how you are paying. Click Edit to update your payment method.
Next Payment — The amount and date of your next scheduled payment.
Last Payment — The amount and date of your most recent payment.
DoorLoop Credits — Your remaining balance of Announcements credit, Communication center credit, and eSignature credit.
You can also click Invoice History in the top right corner to view and download past invoices.
Between these sections, you have a complete view of your plan, billing details, and credit balances, all in one place.
