The Checklist
Set your application fee and screening plan
Choose Comprehensive, Customizable, or Basic under company-level settings.
Override settings for a specific property (Optional)
Only needed if one property should behave differently from your default.
Preview your application before sending it
Click Save & Preview instead of Save to see exactly what applicants will see.Make sure your unit is open for applications
Units default to Open confirm this under the Units tab.Send the application link to your prospect
Email, text, or post the link to your website.Review submitted applications and screening reports
